Non Delivery of House hold Goods from South North Relocation Packers & Movers, after being packed for shipment from Hyderabad to Gurgaon

Name of company/service: South North Relocation Packers & Movers

My Name is Vishwas Hirve. When I called up Justdial.com for the list of Packers & Movers in Hyderabad, they registered my number and send me contact information of few Packers & Movers companies, out of which one was South North Relocation Packers & Movers. I got a call from Mr. Sunil Kumar, The Owner of the company and gave me the quotation for the transportation of my Household Goods from Hyderabad to Gurgaon. We decided to move the goods on 16th June’12 and Sunil committed me to deliver it at Gurgaon in 5-7 days. Sunil himself came for the packing of the goods.
It has been more than 12 days (I am writing this at 7.30 PM 28/06/2012), I am trying to get hold of Sunil and he never responded back. He is even not bothered to pickup any calls at +91-9030004292. The other number +91-9849321259, mentioned on bill, belongs to his friend, who always say that he is not a business partner of Sunil and have delivered our message to him.

There are 14 packages & the Consignment no. is 513 dated 16th june 2012.

I request consumer forum to kindly look into the matter and request to take strict action against this bogus company. I would also request for compensation on my harassment.

    Dear Vishwas,

    The same thing happened with me This South North Relocation Packers & Movers is a totally a fraud company. The owner of this company Sunil says they have their own transport/ Cargo Vehicles but the reality is that they are only traders they collect the Materiels from you & send it some different transport company which is untraceable/ unreliable.
    In my case I have loged a complain in Bowenpally Police station to the SHO for immidiate action & I put on some presure on this company thats how I received my good after 8 days since handed to then for Hyderabad to Bangalore which is only 600 Kms 8 hrs journey.

    Make sure do the same & will get the materials.

    This is Mrs. Neeti Vishwas Hirve, we have still not received our laguage.
    Sunilkumar is really difficult to reach at on phone. And everytime he answers the phone, he will make one or the another excuse and will ask for more time. According to his last commitment, our laguage should arrive on 6th July, (and I really doubt if it will) which is 4 times more than what he initially committed.
    While on phone, he talks in very rude tone, and treats you like baggers.
    My sincere advise to everybody who is reading this is that, they should never even think of going for this Packers & Movers company, since his suger coated words will disappear as soon as you handover your laguage to him and do your part of payment.
    After that he wont answer your phone, dont deliver your laguage for weeks, shout at you on phone if you follow up. Make all non sense excuses, and will talk to you in a way that he is doing a favor to you by delivering your laguage.

    Hope to get justice on this. The person has unlimited stock of excuses and our laguage has still not arrived. He has again stopped answering my phones since last night.
