Sir i have taken Monster database for our recruitment needs.I have taken monster database for recruitment in Karvy for Aadhar Card project.When i got this services i told my needs to monster executive and she assure me that i will get data according to my needs.But i have used monster for two months January,February and i have make payment advance by cheque but in these two months i have not got any data which fulfill my recruitment needs hence for our recruitment purpose i have go for News paper adds and it shows more benefit than monster.So for this i stopped payment on my advance checks which i gave to monster.So for this Monster.com gave us DEFAULT NOTICE PRIOR TO LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.And they make phone calls and emails and they disturb our business and they give us ultimatum to clear his dues for which services which we have not use.
When i took monster they did agreement for a year but they assure us if we will not get better services then we will terminate his services and agreement.Now they are refusing their commitment and they give us warning and pressure and legal proceeding notice for submit full payment but we used monster services only two months then why we will give whole year services payment whenever monster.com is not able to give us better data.
Sir kindly take our issue seriously and punish monster.com for refusing their commitments.And terminate monster.com legal proceedings.
