i have purchased tikona broadband plan named ADULM 1024. sales representative come to my house Monday 25/06/2012. I give him 2100 instalation+plan charge on Tuesday 26/06/2012 9:30 AM. he told me that someone from technical department will call you in 72 hours. But no one called me. since 5 days are gone. even i got message on my mobile of payment confirmation. I called him from 2 days he give excuses all the time. even i talked to their zonal officer Mr. Rakesh reddy he told me that someone will call you in 10 minutes. after that he did’nt recive my call. and no one called me. and that sales representative’s number is switched off. Now please help me.
