I was booking my ticket from Charbagh to Gorakhpur from website ‘upsrtconline .com’ on 06/05/2016, during the payment, my balance deducted but ticket was not done, even I mailed several times to the officials of UPSRTC but they didn’t responded and their help line number is also not working. Here I am sharing my journey details –
