i had purchased my lenovo laptop with offer of hard disk at499 and made my payment on8 th june now even after 21 days there is no report on status of my product…… also lenovo btc help
line is giving no response.

i purchased a lenovo laptop and through btc offer i will be able to buy a 13000Mah Power bank at rs.499. i did the payment by DD got confirmation mail and message, i as unable to conact lenovo as their btc offer helpline is always busy i was not engaged even the single time. lenovo is not replying to mails i send. i just want to know the status of my goodies, when are they coming. -
How to pay amount for BTC offer. There is no link found.pse intimate if anyone have the idea. Lenovo is very irresponsive in all respect. Neither receiving calls nor replying any mail.

i think lenovo is fooling us
first of all i had send my documents many times and there was no confirmation
and second is that if we do phone for offer then first of all it doesn’t connect and by chanse it is connected then they doesn’t receive the phone and this is happening since 1 month
so what is that all lenovo is fooling us -

I ordered my hard drive which was capacity of 1TB but its gona 3 months and lenovo says sir you may be received the product I think they cheat us and also we couldn’t case file against them. So, dont fool by them in this kind of facking offers.

I and my cosine bought the laptop same model and same day. I accepted only blue tooth speaker about 499RS and my cousin taken speaker as well as 2 years additional warrenty worth about 1999 RS but he received speaker and I still not received after 5 month also. So, they give first priority to the person who spent on warrenty which is seems very okword.

Don’t buy this kind of cheap brand the worst service I ever seen go onn the best brands like hp,DELL,APPLE,TOSHIBA,etc. Because lenovo gives good product but worst service.

Hi Friends,
Please do not pay any amount to LENOVO for this offer. Only if u are so lucky u get the goodies. I am also one of the victim and so sharing my experience. i have made payment two months back but still did not get any goodies. And top of that there is no response from the provided helpline contacts. it is nothing but the waste of time and money as well.
If anyone has contact/Email ID of any higher management people in LENOVO then please do share here and lets send many mails to them so that at least for the next time they will well plan before providing any offer.Thanks,

I won’t say its fraud, I would say its mismanaged( maybe ). I made the payment on 29th August and got the hard disk on 20th October.
