No delivery of Product after Full payment in Company’s account.

Location/place: NEW DELHI

Name of company/service: SRI MARUTHI AYURVEDIC INDUSTRIES,Adivasi colony, !- Pakshi Rajpura, Nellure Pala (P), Hunasur (Taluk) 571105 Mysore,Karnataka

I asked for above company’s to purchase their hair oil product on phone and they told me first to deposit the desired money in their account then they will send the product within 5-6 days and sent me their account name and branch through SMS and I also send my address to them through SMS.I deposited the desired amount in their account through SBI bank but they didnt send the product and they didnt recieve the phone, I made call on other numbers of company they again told me to send the product bt 20 days has gone I didnt recieve and they are not responding, Plz help and suggest the suitable way to back my money..

    If you didn’t get your product in suitable time you can send them legal notice for the same.

    Dear Sir,
    Consumer Redressal Forums are very powerful in this manner. Send registered mails and the responds. Keep the hard copies and it is better to lodge complaints against the money what you paid. If the value is 5 digit and more, it is advisable.
