   Muzko ek phone aaya ek ladki ne kaha ki aap ke phone per 1 service activate kar di gayi hai jo ki bilkul free hai or ye sirf BSNL walo ke he liye hai bus aapko ye msz. Type karke is no. per send karna hai. Us waqt mai apni shop per bussi tha maine kaha bhi muzhe koi service activate nahi karwani hai na he mai koi msz karunga usne kha OK or ph. kaat diya. Uske thik 15 min bad muzko ek msz mila ki apki nexg.tv. Service activate ho gayi hai or thik dusre did mere ph. se Rs. 99 cut gaye. Ye bahut frad ho raha hai maine custmar care per complain ki tou kaha gaya ki is samandh me hum aapki koi help nahi kar sakte aapko net se he is service ko deactivate karwana padega. Filhal me tou court case karunga.
   Note: jis no. se call aayi thi us no. Ko milane per computar wrong no. kehta hai.

   I have received SMS from 527270099 saying ” Your subscription to nexGTv has been confirmed. You have been charged Rs. 99. Now you may enjoy the service by visitibg http://nexg.tv/mtnlmumbai.
   And to my surprise my balance was reduced by Rs. 99
   This is totally unacceptable, they can not do this.

   On 5.9.2012 vodafone deducted rs. 49 for 7 days pack and i immediately deactivated bysending sms to 144. Service message recd that pack deactivates. Next day again rs. 7 deducted made a complaint to 111. They informed that service deactivated and amount will be refunded. Today in morning they agwin deducted rs.49. I spoke to call centre at 111 but of no avail. I talked to nodel officer who registered the complaint and intimated that complaint registered and said that aftion would be taken in 72 hours. I tried 111 and deactivated vas two time. All the time i tried to deactivate it was found that service is active. There is no positive response by vodafone and nexgtv is deducting amount without my consent. I m helpless and i m opting for seroius action. I have been put to loss for r. 105. Though dnd is activated.

   how can anyone charge me anything without my consent. my cell number is 9415545304. To whom should I complaint for such type of fraud. As I have hardly recharge my mobile.

   how can anyone charge me anything without my consent. when i tried to call back on that number it was saying that this number does not exist and when i tried to reply the sms sending failed. pl. do the needful. my cell number is 9419175246

    Still I can’t acess the stream tv even don all the setting from customer care.chanel list has been downloded .but the steam not yet acheived .screen found blank when playing.
