I had made online order for delivering flowers to secunderabad from this New India florist, with the website WWW.NewIndiaFlorist.com. And got the confirmation e-mail of the order with the order no.NIF117739171. They had confirmed the delivery date as 14-2-13, that is on the valentine day. They had clearly mentioned the delivery timing as between 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. I had given the clear address for delivery , which was for Apollo Hospital, Pollicetty tower, St John’s road,besides Heys high school, Secunderabad -500003. But, they never delivered….. and the whole 14-2-13 passed away.. They said they will deliver it by 8.00 pm. but have not delivered it till now… The hospital is open 24×7 … I tried to contact the florist who has displayed the contact no. on the website and also has mailed me, +91 8238366333 and +91 8238366555. but both the numbers are switched off!!!!! I tried to track my order status online but their web page is not showing any order status… I had already made online payment through my debit card.. Because of this my whole day has been wasted and more over i feel humiliated mentally by this florist. Please take strict action against this….
