Hi All,
I am writing you this to bring this into your notice as I am using an Airtel number 9871708709. From last three months i am facing network problem and due to that my calls were disconnected and as my number is postpaid they have charged me for those calls which were disconnected due to this. I am following airtel people from past 2 months but they are neither understanding my problem nor providing proper solutions. They are not rectifying it and on my complaint they have only given me Rs 150/- rebate on the bill of approx. 2150/-. Kindly advise me what i can do for same.
