Net balance was deducted

My tata docomo number is 8446487747 and my name is Vishal Narkhede.
I have activated 2G data on 6 aug plan for 1month of rs 155 and yesterday my data remaining was 1050MB. Now it is showing 2MB data remaining and i have called on 198 for gelp but it was connected first time and now my call is not connecting to 198.
This is very embarrising and not satisfactory. I want call from your customer care agent or my net balance back as early as possible .
so please help me.

    We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.

    We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concerns regarding balance deduction. However, we are unable to contact you, since the call was not answered. I would like to inform you that as per our records I have found that due to the activation of RC.11 data pack from your end on 16-08-2014 at 11:19 PM, your previous data balance got lapsed and you have been provided with 18 Minutes data on your account. Hence,w e are unable to reactivate the previous data balance on your account.
    Also be informed that an account can hold only one data pack, if already one data pack is active on your number and if you recharge again with any other data pack then the previous data balance will get lapsed. Kindly make a note of the same.
    You can obtain any information related to your account (EX: Recharge information, Data usage and Balance information) by dialing to *191#.
