Placed on Date: 03 Aug 2012, Status Cargo Ready, with above reference I have place an order with Naaptol for samsung Phone, whilst placing the order Agent told me the product is in stock and will be delivered within 2-3 working days, as on today it is 15 days since I placed the order, but no delivery no status update, calling naaptol customer service makes no sense because different agents gives different answers one says 2-3 days another one says 7 more days where as they have strict 14 days delivery.. I called naaptol for at least 10 times they kept promising me to call back or mail back within bla bla time but nothing turned ture…
