mydala.com cheats with customer

This is in reference to my order no-236669684 for car Vacuum Cleaner which i have purchased online from your website.
Would like to inform you that the order was placed dated 30.05.12 and as per your policy it was expected to be delivered with 15-20 days.
But the delivery of my order was not done in the said days more than that i had to repeatedly followup for my product with your executives and for my queries every time your executives were not able to give the proper answer,instead after regular followup they started avoiding my calls. I had a repeated telephonic conversation with Ms. Shweta, Mr. Jitendra & your so called customer care head Mr.Parashar.
Finally after these discussion your executive Mr. Jitendra has send me the product which i have received last week on dated 28th July which almost after 60 days of my purchase date.
On the very same day of receiving while checking the product as expected the product was not working. The product send after all this follow up comes out to be of low quality and above that not in working condition. The status of the product was immediately updated to your representative Mr. Jitendra on Phone and as always he felt sorry.
The whole episode has created an impression that your company is  fraud and only running the business of cheating customers.
I feel cheated & i bet i will try my level best to convey the message to all my friends and known through all my sources like social networking sites & will tell them that your company mydala.com is a fraud and run by cheaters to cheat customers. 

I am giving you two more days to respond & a final resolution to my complaint.

Also in the last like to inform you that i am also working in a leading automobile company of india  & the amount involve in this order is no mean to me but will not let you free to cheat others.
