MTS Internet service response very bad

I would like to request please help to reimburse my amount against MTS data-card, Because MTS team has not response proper as am suffering last 16 days and my internet account has not activate yet..

    As per your instructions, yesterday I was visited on BRO center and center’s person told to me that it’s not possible to provide details as your connection has not activate yet ..

    So, he suggested to me without replace data card it will not work…..

    Am very disappointed about the MTS services ..

    As am suffering from last 7 days and nobody give the proper solution for my complaint, even no one has call to understand the problem of customer and ticket number, just they sent a mail…

    I believe it’s my fault to go for MTS, because sales team has done their jobs to give data card to the customer and received amount against the datacard…

    because, after received money no one be take responsibility to check and verify with the customer ..

    yes I accept my fault to lost my data card cover but what about the sales team and other team responsibity …

    Please confirm is it possible to replace my New MTS Datacard or not ? ….

    Kindly confirm as we don’t have much time to wait for the same ..

    We deeply regret the inconvinience caused toy you, however, we would like to inform you that you would have to folloe the emntioned below steps to know the 10 digit MTS MDN number:

    1-Please double click on your MTS Icon. (A user interface will appear there)

    2-Please make sure the internet connectivity is not there.

    3-Then click on Setting Option.

    4-Please make sure that the mode is on Hybrid or 1x

    5-Then a small window will appear.

    6-Then you can find Different Options.

    7-Select Check My Number.

    8-Then click on check My Number.

    9-See the balance as a request will be processed from there and a POPUP will come with the details of your number.

    I had purchased one data card on 1st, august 2012, and my data card still not active…

    last Four days I had follow-up with the MTS sales team, but they are not given the proper solution and they told to me your MDN number has missed due to reason your data card not activate ..

    Actually on that day Deliver executive has not complete work before given the data card to me that’s is the reason they not find MDN number.

    Please help and do something as data card not working and my works are held due to this issue..

    Again we received surprising response from your team …

    Mr Rohit (MTS team) he has sent one mail and inform to us your data card has disconnected 25-FEB-12 due to zero usage..

    can you confirm how its possible because i have purchased Data Card on august month 2012 and till the time my data card has not activate yet ..

    why you people are trying to miss guide to the customer every time…

    Now this is enough and am going to consumer office for this issue with all documents…
