I had booked 4 nos Tickets for Gabbar is Back. The theatre selected by me was Cinemax -R Odeon Mall ghatkopar and the show timing was 14.30 Hrs.
The Ticket received by me was for Cinemax -Thane Eternity Mall for show timing 21.40 hrs.
The booking activity was started by me before 13.30 Hrs and ticket was received at 13.37 Hrs.
Upon continuos call to Bookmyshow we could finally connect to them. Ms. Puspalata and mr. Oliver expressed their inability to resolve the issue. They were strongly of the opinion that our selections were wrong.
We believe that we did not make any mistake. The portal is taking gullible customers for a ride by allocating Tickets in their favourite theatres.
This is against the basic principals of customer service.
Hope this issue will be taken up strongly.
