Money transfer cases

We wrote to Idea Money customer care complain, but we did not hear any positive response from idea money care

Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I had been sent the money Rs.
4,500.00 on dated 11-2-2017 06:23:02 in the Bank Name- Canara Bank,Account Name – Chandrama prasad singh, IFSC CODE CNRB002210, A/c No- 2210136000005 and UTR NO-704206666127 with charges 51.75.

But problem is that money is not received in the canara bank account, which is

mentioned on the above details to till date.

Plz solve my problem ASAP.
