hello, Myself jaiprakash Bagadiya . I have booked a bus ticket from Nanded to Pune travelling on 11/12/2014. While booking ticket i got an error But amont of rs 600 was deducted from my account. I booked the ticket once again this time ticket was booked and again the respective amount was deducted. But the initally deducted 600 rs were not refunded to me as well as the customer care is not responding and the support email sent by me is also not answered. So i would like to book a complaint or the same against Goibibo.com
