Talwalkars Gym, Greater Kailash II branch decided to close down suddenly and even they were enrolling members when the knew that the gym will be closed down in next less than two months.
On the closure of the Gym, there were 3 options given to members which are as follows:
1. Join Talwalkars branch of Vasant Vihar
2. Transfer of membership to Oxy Gym, Greater Kailash II
3. Refund of balance subscription after deducting taxes
The Gym had put this notice, but till date it has not implemented any of the option. Members call up to the Vasant Vihar branch but they keep lingering on the matter that, management is working towards taking a decision. They are not even transferring the membership to Oxy Gym and neither providing the refund.
After giving a initial revert to the mail, they are not even replying and management in the Vasant Vihar branch is saying that customer should put on the email and they will revert.
