i purchased Godrej safe from paytm with order number 999819563 (order tracking fedex id 780750160259 ), and i cancelled order before it was delivered to my address. AS product as was already shipped paytm asked me not to accept product and return back, i did not accept the product and it was return back on 9th jun 2015. Returned product was deviled back to paytm vender on 15th jun 2015 (fedex tracking id 571053015746 ).
now its been more than 8 days and i still did not received my money back.
i called paytm may time ans raised complaint many time but every time i get answer as “we have raised ticket your complaint will get resolved in next 48hrs”, but still did not have any update on this.
this is worst customer response from paytm.
please help me on this issue
