I had ordered MI power banks from askmebazaar. The product was damaged and apparently not even original. I applied for a return and the product was picked up from me and the money was to be refunded within a week. A month has passed i never got any call or money from them. Each time i try to talk them they just say its in process and ask me to wait for another week. Please help me out.
