hello, I ordered a phone from paytm on 10 sept order I’d:2034893496 which I cancelled on17 sept. I received the refund of total money on my paytm wallet. for rs 3306, I send to my bank account ( txn I’d: 116091763757145) by tapping “send to bank” button. I wasn’t asked for any account details or account number or anything. I dont even know where did they send the money. I’ve send tons is mails to to the care asking what account did they transferred my money to as I haven’t received the money in my account yet. my bank account details are NITISH SHUKLA acc no. 34259170907.

I am Vishakha I have purchased online fabledeal lenghacholi in Aug -2016 but not so good material and I return fabledeal but we don’t have refund money my amount is 580 rs I also call this online shopping customer care number and contact person but we cloud not response and my call resigister in block list so plz give refund money as early as possible my contact number 9662462661 and my email I’d vishupandya @yahoo.com
