I am a poor part time private teacher in Navi Mumbai. I earn out of home tuitions.
Sir, my only mistake was that I wanted to gift my daughter a mobile hence booked a mobile – Redmi 4A – online on shopmobilesonline.com on 15th May and paid Rs.5299/- vide Freecharge Wallet (Freecharge Payment Technologies Private Limited) and got the order placed, order no.288 on 15.05.17 and received an acknowledgement receipt for payment from freecharge.
Till date the product is not delivered nor received refund from the merchant – Shopmobilesonline.com – an associate of Freecharge.
I have reported the matter to both the companies – Shopmobilesonline and Freecharge Payment Technologies Private Limited.
Even I have taken up the matter with IAMAI at Mumbai – Internet & Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) is a not-for-profit industry body registered under the Societies Act, 1986. Its mandate is to expand and enhance the online and mobile value added services sectors.
The merchant shopmobilesonline seems to be a fraud online company. It does not have any intention of delivering any product nor making a refund.
It is my hard earned money. I am not going to let it go waste for cheaters.
Sir, I need your help in getting justice by getting my refund payment of Rs.5299/-
Please help in taking stringent action against such merchants and save money of poor people. You should ban their site.
