Mobile service issue

Respected All,

Kindly go through the mail which i sent to the univercell , But didn’t even mind it , I never seen any irresponsible responds from any other side , i need a justice , Please help me

Still i have not received a single Mail responds or call from your end , I never expect such a worst responds from univercell side ,Due to this problematic issue my work is getting delayed and difficult day by day and i lost certain business too ,

So For your kind information , This will be my last communication from my side .If nothing & silence again from you.

Dear univercell team ,

Here is my frequent mobile problem with SONY. I expect someone to take care of the issue.

Last June 9th 2012 (Saturday) I was eagerly to buy a SONY mobile , I got many reference for mobile dealers by the help of enquiry centers and finally I freeze UNIVERCELL MOBILES because of services and qualities ,

On the same day I purchased SONY ERICSSION NEO V worth of 18,000 since my budget within it in UNIVERCELL (Ekkathuthangal) & I got excellent service by Mr. Saravanan and I am impressed,

12th June (Tuesday) i had returned back the same mobile due some messaging force close technical problem and black dot in the background monitor, then universal people helped me to get D.O and I have been forced to buy SONY XPERIA P cost of 24,600 on 16th June (Saturday) since none other SONY mobile at same cost ,

The same mobile has got display and blinking problem and Mr. Saravanan has taken me to Sony service center and they flashed my mobile and updated OS again & said device will be perfect thereafter ,

Later the problem remains the same and disturbed noise in ringtone sometimes too , Every single problem I have acknowledged and showed to univercell employees and you can recheck with them, I really got provoke with the device , I felt bad to keep on step at to showroom ,

I directly went to Sony service center yesterday 6th July and strongly said I don’t want SONY at all , Kindly provide D.O let me go for some other company but they didn’t accepted , Mr. Saravanan also tried his end but no use, Once again they flashed my mobile and said if any problem comes again will replace the HANDSET alone & later I myself compromised and out , because I felt bad to stand like anything over there,

Yesterday evening onwards the new problem starts ,No network is available ,I never got the problem before . I am very sure about it and I have checked with Vodafone network too,

I called Sony executive and informed about the new problem seems not to believing me & asked me to return back the mobile,

I am very much upset and fed up with this continues problem, My stressed level is increasing because of no use of having the costly device, I am not able to concentrate in my works and other activities at all,

Mr. Saravanan is still helping me a lot , I still clam only because of his tremendous patience and excellent service, It is always good to have a responsible employee as like him,

I need someone to help me in this issue, I kindly request you to escalate this issue and sort it off,

I don’t want SONY mobiles any more , I would like to go for some other COMPANY ,

NOTE ; Please find the attachment photo proof of new problem , The photo shows the network error indication,

With the hope and faith of emerging corporate companies like yours will never leave the customer satisfaction as such ,

Waiting for the positive revert.
