FEDEX INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT dept. has misused our fedex international account.They have sent unauthorised parcels using our fedex economy account number and they are unable to track or refund the charge. Several written mails sent to them have gone unanswered and they havej ust Kept passing it on from one person to other with no replies or concrete action .
It is believed that FEDEX has a internal Nexus wherein thay use a companys account to ship unauthorised shipmensts and then cahrge the company for such shipments.
We are not aware as to whom can we complaint as FEDEX itself is unaswerable .
They have done this illegal shipment twice using our official account and with no regrets .
