mera naam brijesh kumar rana hai. maine reliance ka data card khrida tha 20 oct 2011 ko.but uski speed bhout sloy thi. iske liye maine custmor care me phone karke pucha to unhone mujhe bataya ki aap ka data card 1x ka hai or iske liye aap broadband(hsd) ka data card khridna padega.10 may 2012 ko maine hsd ( 9355145788 ) data card khareda usme mujhe 10gb data mila 30dino ke liye.15 may ko wo activate ho gaya but broadband mode activate hua 25 may ko.or usme speed bhi nahi mili.phir 10 june ko fir se band ho gaya.maine call kiya customer care me to mujhe bataya gaya ki aapki complaint ko solve hone me 4 din ka time lagega.maine bataya ki mere data ki validity to 14 june tak hai. or agar prab. solve hone me jayda time laga to data khatam ho jayega.unhone bataya
ki aap 1 din pehle recharge karva lijiye fhir data carry fwd. ho jayega. maine 1 13 june ko recharge karwaya but data aage carry nahi hua.maine phir call kiya customer me,unhone check kiya or bataya ki sir aapka to naya data card hai or apke a/c me FRC ka data tha jo aage carry nahi hota hai.ab mera data card bhi recharge ho chuka or wo kaam bhi nahi kar raha.22 june ko usne phir se work karna suru kar diya.ab usme ek naye prob. thi wo continous disconnect ho raha tha.maine iske liye again call kiya customer care ko.mujhe bataya gaya ki aap deta card ko chech karwaiye aapka data card kharab hai.card check karwane ke liye main sonipat gaya 4 baar.kabhi mujhe web word ka address diya gaya.kabhi authorised service center ka.kabhi saturday ko wo kaam nahi karte.4 baar jane ke baad finely service center ne bataya ki aapka data card bilkul thik hai.maine yehi baat customer care ko batayi to unhone bola ki aap job card ka no. batao.maine kaha ki wo to nahi hai aap mujhe sonipat ke service center ka no. dijiye main call karke pata kar leta hu.unhone mujhe no. diya.but pehle to wo busy aata raha bad me kisi ne uthaya hi nahi.to maine customer care ko bola ki aap mujhe rohtak ka address dijiye main waha se check karwa k bata hu job card ka no.unhone mujhe 2 address (m.k. electronics,jail road,prem nagar rohtak or 2nd tha malik complex me) diye.but main waha gaya to koi address nahi tha tab main d-park web word gaya or waha se pucha service center ke bare me unhone bataya ki sir rohtak se 2 mahine pahle hi service center band ho gaye. phir maine wahi ke land line se customer care ko call kiya waha miss savita ko maine saari baat batayi to unhone bola sorry sir aapko itni preshani hui aap panipat chale jayiye unhone mujhe address diya Gaurav Communication,sai baba chock ka.next day main waha gaya unhone data card check kiya or bataya ki data card thik hai jo ki mujhe pehle se pata tha. unhone job card ka no. 135 diya.Jo ki maine 18 july ko customer care call karke unko de diya. 21 july(sat.) ko engg. mr. amrit kumar ka call aaya unhone mera address liya or kaha ki kal sunday hai,monday ko office me,tuesday ko ek metting hai ,wednesday (25th july) ko aapke pass aata hu. but na to wo wed. ko aaye or na hi thurs. ko.maine friday (27 th july) ko call kiya customer me waha miss prachi ne mr. amrit kumar se baat ki to unhone bola ki customer ko bolo ki main monday ko aa jaunga. maine parachi se kaha ki meri baat karwayie aap mr. amrit se. unhone dobara baat ki to amrit ji ne bola ki customer ko bolo ki main kal aa raha hu unke pass.na to wo 29th ko aaye or na hi 31th ko. 31th july ko sham maine dobara se call ki customer me waha maine sarri baat batayi or mr. amrit kumar ki complaint ki. 1st augaust ko mere pass mumbai se call aaya mr. hassan ka unhone pucha sir apke address pe engg. visit ho gai. maine kaha nahi abhi nahi hui. unhone bola ki main baat karta hu.20 minuts ke baad unka call aaya or unhone bataya ki aapke address pe engg. sport available hi nahi but telephonic sport available hai. tab maine saari baat unko batai.phir maine kaha ki sir agar yaha sport available nahi thi to abhi tak mr. amrit kr. ye kyu bol rahe the ki main aaj aata hu kal aata hu.tab unhone puri baat ko suna or ek engg mere address ke liye asign kiya. 8 th august ko mr. Dinkar or rajnikant engg. jo yahan post paid connection ko dekhte hai wo aaye.unhone kaha ki sir aap ko yaha par hsd ki connectivity nahi milegi.to maine unko kaha ki sir ye baat to maine customer care se hi batayi gai thi ki sir aap hsd le lijiye or ab bataya ja raha hai ki yaha apko connectivity nahi milegi. maine isme 2 bar 1099 rs. recharge karwaye hai wo bhi customer se pata karke. tab to unhone nahi bataya.ab wo aisa bol rahe hai.tab Dinkar ji ne kaha ki aap wire line lagwa lo.maine bataya ki wire line to yahan lag nahi sakta maine customer care se pata kiya hai. unhone kaha ki wire line to yaha lag sakta hai unhone aapko galat jankari di hai.tab maine kaha ki aap lagwa do. tab unhone kaha ki main baat kar leta hu. or aap bhi ek baar customer care me request karwa dena aapke paise adjust ho jayenge. phir maine call kiya waha mr. partik ne 10 august ko mail fwd. kiya ki mere ( 2000+1099+1099 rs. )paise adjust kiye jayen or yaha par wire line lagaya jaye. mujhe iske liye time bataya gaya 4 se 5 din ka but abhi main customer care me call karta hu to mujhe bataya jata hai ki aapko us aeria me hsd ki service nahi milegi or wire line bhi nahi lagega.to maine unko kaha ki ya to aap service do ya aap paise vapis karo.to mujhe bola gaya ki aap ne data card jahan se liya tha wahan jao.or unse paise wapis mango.
ab aap hi bataiye ki main kya karu.
