The travel agent www.redbus.in, denied to cancel my friend’s ticket, from indore to mumbai, dated 13th june @ 7:15 PM.
Even after promising on their printed that it can be cancelled before 7:15 PM after deducting Rs.400, they denied to cancel the same when I called them up @ 6:50 PM.
