mis use the credit card account by senator international

Location/place: CHENNAI

Name of company/service: APOLLO HOSPITALS ENTERPRISES LTD, GREAMS LANE , OFF. GREAMS ROAD, CHENNAI – 600006

I am Ramkumar. I received “w card” and card no. is 1922 1213 7232 3445 and its provided by senator international . SENATOR INTERNATIONAL Representative told and confirmed that no any charges for the card and no hidden charges for the Gift with the card . But Rs 5799/- has been deducted the amount without my knowledge in my HDFC bank credit card by senator international, Gurgaon. So, I am not interested to utilize the “W card” and I return card and other Gifts with the card. Senator international cheated in this regards. I am not interested to use the card by these kind of activities. Kindly cancel the amount Rs. 5799 in my credit card account.

Also Bank is not informed regarding this deduction. i saw this in credit card statement. i sent mail regarding this problem to bank. but no reply from HDFC bank.KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL TO CANCEL THE AMOUNT.

    The officer of the company said that with the help of this card I can avail discount upto 30% at various outlets like Big Bazar, Reliance Fresh, etc. I asked whether this card works at all outlets and for all products. He said Yes the card will help us to get discount at all the outlets. Their executive told me that this card is applicable all over India to avail discount but as i try to avail discount, i have observed that there are only few retailers are registered with this & except them nobody is ready to give discount against this card. Further I ask for 1 single card but I was forcibly sent 2 W Cards, and my bank account is debited by Rs. 5999.

    the officer of the company offered me on 23rd june about their card & verify my personal data.without any information he take payment of 2,999-00Rs.from SBI card, still i didn’t receive any w-card. i complained them after payment within a minute that i don’t want ur card,b’coz there are no value in market of ur card,so kindly give me my payment back. now i go in court if they will not give me payment back.

    today i have received the same offer from the company – thans you all for posting the information .. how they can fetch the mondy form the card.. without any authorised confirmation.. this is purely cheating .. even our banker dont have control on such act…..

    I K Padmaja have been receiving calls form a weeks time from these no.+911147015200/+911146499000 saying that they are from S.B.I.Credit cards and i have been ignoring the calls but on 19th August 2012 I got call from numbers +911147015200/+911146499000 claiming to call from SBI card & they gave me all the details of my card.
    He offered me new discount as a complimentary card from sbi card and said that i will be offered discount from 30% to 40% on usage of this cards at Big Bazar and many more stores. The person was rahul and akash the second time and he said there would be no charges for the same and the facility will be provided absolutely free of cost.He asked me to punch in all my details for the address verification.
    Within few seconds I received a message on my mobile that “transaction of Rs 5799.00 made on sbi credit card through “SENATOR INTERNATIONAL”. I called SBI immediately and requested them to stop the payment as it was an misuse of my card.After some time I was able to block the card but not the payment.Meanwhile I went to the police station to lodge my complain, they forwarded this to the cyber police cell and requested me to block the card.
    I therefore request you to look into this matter and take necessary action against the fraud employes in ” SENATOR INTERNATIONAL” and refund my amount misused.

    My Name Mukesh Kumar Sharma from jaipur in may 28th senator internation executive call me for the purpose of w card they told me w card charges will be deduct after 45 days but deduct same day and they have not send me any w card and after two month they send me mail and told me you send your account detail and i have give your payment return but they didnot give my payment if i have given a change other wise i have complain in court

    Ramkumar ,im also cheated by senator international,but im raise the dispute form with my SBI cards & send the legal notice to that concern,they had cancel my transaction & amount had recredited in my acct,so u all have follow the same way to getback ur hard earned money,

    Same here 🙁 they call us and give faith by HDFC authorised information, and the worst thing is in my case, they know my Billing address and credit card number too… This is too much.. Have lost hard-earned money.. I am trying through Legal.. lets see what happens..

    I have got this W Card, in the month of July,2012, I have used the same in number of brands, like Nirulas, Croma, Make my trip, but it works everywhere, moreso I have also availed the discounts on the same, it was note working in apollo pharmacy, I have called there call centre nyumber at 011-32070065, I got the response in few minutes, and moreso I also the discount there. I dont think , they are fraud, but rather I would strongly endorse that it is a new concept which they have launched, without knowing any creditional and whereabout, we can’t comments on anybody.

    This W Card is amazing and impeccable idea, launched by the company, I have used this card in numnber of stores, and got the benefit/discount on the same, I have also advised my friends to purchase the same and save money.
    I think it is good card.

    Recently I am working with Tata and got another opportunity to move further with new organization. I m residing in Delhi and I have to move Pune. Suddenly I got a call from W card Team and they briefed me about the benefits. When I heared about Aggrawal Movers and Packers and others benefits which are attached with World card I was quite surprised and I had applied as well because I found this card very beneficial for me, as I will be able to avail discount in various sections. I have to shift from Delhi to Pune and I have utilize Aggrawal packers and Movers and I have save my money. Very happy to have W Card.

    My name is Ayushman, I used to purchase grocery every month and medicine as well and my expense would be around 5000. I heared something about W card from one of my friend and search all information as well on senator website as well. I came to know that W card covered most of the section which comes in our daily life. On the website only I found an option where I can apply for w card and I had applied as well. As I said that my whole month expense around 5000, after having w card I can save around 2500. Thanks W card

    Hi My name is Sidharth from Guwahati and recently I receive W card from Delhi. I found w card is very useful for me as well as for my family. W card is something where we can avail discount on those section which comes in our day to day life. Section which we use usually like “grocery” my family, “dining” me and my friend, and most amazing section i.e. education because I wanted my son should get admission in shemrock and after getting w card I was able to get 15% on admission.

Then i spoke the next day about this to the company, who said he will look into it. But i got a pack containing a watch(low quality) ,a travel voucher and one humbuck card called W CARD. I am from Vellore and there is no shop where i can use the useless card. I request you to kindly take steps to stop these miscreants from cheating the innocent and where from they get the numbers.

    I am from Delhi and I am a world card holder. In the month of Jan I got a call regarding this card and they briefed me about the same. W card people said that through w card discount can be avail in those sections which comes in our day to day life like dining, travel, grocery(online). Along with W card there is 1 holiday voucher with the help of holiday can be avail for 3 nights and 4 days and I came to know that its beneficial for me and my family because I don’t have to pay anything for room stay, and even I will getting cash back 2000 for fooding and 1000 for travel and 1 Reebok travel bag as well. I am very happy with this W Card because on 10th Jan I made a transaction, on 15th Jan I got w card, on 1st March I have booked my holiday for Jaipur for 30th March and yesterday I got the confirmation as well. I searched on the website about the outlet in Jaipur and I will make sure I will take this w card along with me. Thanks w card

    I also recieve a call from Senator International , the way are speaking and telling me that they will be sending me a gifts and vouchers for holidays ….. it sounds me fishy and immediately during cll i have checked for their reviews and luckily got this site and all your above comments are bvery helpfull for me … and later on I denied for availing this offer from there side … and also not given my billing address and then they started convincing me for this and the person became rude when i keep on denying …. Now I will call all the credit card vendors whose cards m using and raise a complaint for the same. Thanks guys for all your posts. and Secondly being an IT guy from banking domain I can assure you that amount should not getdeducted from your CCD account without your permission, this is has to be a serious matter and should be raised in high level .

    hi guys even i had recieved a call from the same company for the add one card called world card offered from senator international. before making the payment i just came across the reviews posted by you all, hence i didnt make the payment. i can share the number from where i had recieved the calls may be they are helpful for anyone of you. the number are – 011 8459785293, 011 8459122729, 9266661761
    people called themselves by the name of jacob, kapil, anil, rahul….
    if this a fraud a serious action should be taken against them…..thanks.

    i suggest all of you people got fool by Senator International . please unite their voice and file complaint against them. dont let them go. consumer forum is very easy process. just go there official web site and you will get all info …so guys make them pay for this fraud …Jai Hind

    senator w international card company is a cheating company they appointed cheaters in the name of execcutives i lost rs/- 13,600
    i sent mail to both fraud company and bank
    bank told we cannot do anything and w card official told
    contact their our payment received company finaly i concluded;
    1 . w card is unworthy
    2. ssenator company is fraud
    3. executives worked are cheaters
    4. bank could help us but they are not caring us
    5 . i lost 16000/-

    Within few seconds I received a message on my mobile that “transaction of Rs 15000.00 made on Hdfc credit card through “SENATOR INTERNATIONAL”. I called Hdfc immediately and requested them to stop the payment as it was an misuse of my card.After some time I was able to block the card but not the payment.Meanwhile I went to the police station to lodge my complain, they forwarded this to the cyber police cell and requested me to block the card.
    I therefore request you to look into this matter and take necessary action against the fraud employes in ” SENATOR INTERNATIONAL” and refund my amount misused.

    There is requirement of taking serious action against both the firms GGS infosolutions & SENATOR INTERNATIONAL so that those who got cheated will get their money back and such type of firms may not cheat anyone in the future .
