I buying Micromax Canvas Magnus A117, in Feb 2013 on Rs. 14500=00. Recently mobile touch pad not working. I will send this handset to authorize service center for servicing in warranty period. But they said, more than 20 days time required for servicing. I can’t understand how it is possible. where private service center repair any difficulty within 2 or 3 days, why authorize service center take a 20 days for repair and delivery. I have Tax invoice and service center Job card. Please help me what i do?
