My self Sunil Kesre from MUMBAI has Micromax A75 on 21/07/12 have given my phone for repair as touch screen was not working properly. Service centre persons told me It will take 8 to 10 days for as shortage of spare parts.

On 22/07/12 I spoke to micromax service centre executive on 011-44770044 and addressed the issue of Shortage of spares, Gentleman said company will revert on this issue with in 72 hours, but NO one reverted.

Today again when I called on 011-44770044 I spoke to Mr. Deepak he said it will take another 08 days starting from today, this means total it will take 15 days for phone repair.

I fee this is harassment of customer. I seek an explanation from company for such delayed approach. There is no proper support as far as customer care is concern.

This fact you should tell ( advertise) to customer at the time of promotion / selling of product. You are misguiding to customers.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I was purchase Micromax A52 Aisha in Bhopal on 01-Aug-12 from Classic collection by seeing good looking features this handset.
    But after 15 Days of using this set I noticed that my voice is not listen proprely by the other subsrciber who was on call with me.
    Many of them my friends & bussiness people also said same word your voice is not listening properly & said change or check your phone.

    So that i used a few hours from my precious time to finnaly goes to check the Mobile A52 aisha with nearest service centre in Bhopal.
    And Finally i found the service centre & give my set to check.
    After checking of my handset the service centre-people said that some water is in with your said trying to some dots with the circuit connected to mic & speaker. But i seen it correctly there is no any such water with my mobile.
    Also his behaviour is also good enough -“How to talk with customers’.
    What is said finaally that you warranty is out due to water enter to your mobile & again i said where is water in circuit there is no any water that i seen. Again he shows some spot in circuit.
    This is only waste of my time & fake comittment made by company’s service people try to making fools to customers.
    Finnally he made false job sheet also signed of by me that i seen later at home that your warranty is out .

    Kindly provide resoulution to me so that i can trust on micromax.Also for your information that i was using Micromax Q5 from Mar-2008 without any problem.

    This is my second complaint to Micromax. First complaint was launched on

    21st on the official website and I was promised that I would get to know

    the status of my handset on the same day. However it is been 4 days now

    and I have not receive any revert from your side. This would be my last

    message after that if I dont hear from you I would definately approach

    consumer fourm. I myself belong to service industry and I know how to take

    it further.Please let me know the status ASAP.

    Please treat it as urgent and Waiting for your kind solution on the same

    at the earliest.

    I have purchase micro max mobile model -A110 dated 13/04/2013 from universal telecommunications India pvt ltd Perumbavoor . but the touch screen is complaint with in one month .so i have repairing the authorized micro max service center at ernakulam .after the servicing, the condition of this phone as the same above .so you please make arrangements to replace or return money .otherwise i have approach the consumer protection forum

    Dear Sir,

    This is Ajay Kumar Verma From Jaipur ( Rajasthan), i was purchase a New Micromax mobile, its my mistake before 5 month thats model is A-94, but since last one month he was creating mistake in on & off.. So I shows that in your authorize Service Center his solve my problem but after 5 days display not showing so i shows that i your authorise service center in Jaipur and the Response given by them that we will completely solve your problem in 10 days but still they does’nt solve any problem and when we call him then they could’nt give satisfied response….

    So kindly accepted my complain and give me response and replace the mobile because with in 5 months he creating problem two and three times, please solve my problem as soon as possible ….. otherwise i am compliant & claim through consumer court.

    I am enclosing my job card so please find attachement

    i have gave my phone to serivice centere(sruti telecom serice,navapalli,bhubaneswar,odisha,751015).ther took 28 days to repair.but they give me a replaced hand set which is also found to be defective.please take immediate action regarding this matter.

    Dear Team,

    It is to bring to your kind attention that I had bought Micromax Canvas
    Fire 2 A104 model mobile from ebay.in on 1st April,2015 & received the
    handset on 15th of April, 2015. On checking the handset, a problem was
    found in it. Mobile was not getting powered on after removing battery for
    inserting SIM. It would only get started after i plug in the charger & put
    it on charging mode. This was causing inconvenience, So i informed Ebay
    Customer Executive & and they reverted as the mobile is covered under
    manufacturer warranty, so get it repaired from service center or get DOA
    certificate. The DOA certificate was not given as a week has already passed
    in the process. So, mobile was given to Dutta Enterprises, Micromax Service
    center in Jammu for repair on 1st of May, 2015. They asked us to get back
    mobile after 15 days but the same was returned after 15 days & we were told
    to come back after another 15 days.

    Today, We got a call from service center and were told to take back the
    handset. On going there, the handset was found non-operational. And the
    owner started telling that you purchased it online, we don’t provide
    warranty for online products. Also, he told us to take back the product as
    the product is duplicate.
    Please clarify after 28 days of receiving the product, you came to know
    that the product is duplicate. If so, please give me this in writing.
