To whom so ever it may concern

I am Lokesh and I am an IDEA Cellular customer for a long time, I have been paying my bills to them on monthly basis and I have never ever disputed the bill amount. However, I have been facing the tech probs and I had called up customer care and spoken to many people who assured me of all kind of help, one of the manager named Prasanna Patil was with me over the phone for 2 hours and promised late nightly that I shall receive a call next morning from the process head who would help me to speak with their tech team. I never received a call. However, their tech advisor called up and told me that because i am using a dual sim smart fone thats why i am facing network problem. I told them I have a ual sim phone but i dont use a second sim, this means that the second sim slot is empty an not in use, so how would that impact idea network, then they told me to change the smart phone , which I have changed 3 times. I would like to now go to consumer court as this is the 3rd time in a row i have faced problems through their customer service team and tech team.I will sue them in Indian consumer court, they are cheat and Mr Birls is too a cheat. Their license must be cancelled, they call their cust for bills all the time but when it come to service part they forget their customers. My number is 9911735447. I wont compromise this time for sure and I will not pay any bills for this month. I really want to file a PLI against Aditya Birla group.This is the most hopeless organisation who fetch money from customers and give them nothing but run around, When it comes to service part they show their butts. Mr Birla I really want to challenge you in consumer court. I am not going to pay their bill for this month at all. Because of their network issue I missed my company cab in the middle of the night and I g=had to hire taxi to reach workplace and I had paid 700 each time I missed my cab. In total I had paid 2100 because when ever the cab driver calls me he finds my phone switched off, however my phone is on all the time. Three times in a row I missed my cab due to their network issue. I work in a call center and earn fixed income and had to feed my family, if I will pay 700 bucks everydat off my pocket how would i survive. Idea cellular is not even scred of TRAI, they do not follow the rules and egulations set up by TRAI, they charge me for 3G service but their 3G network is so awfull it converts into 2G automaticallty. I therefore declare that I dont want to do business any more with them anymore. IDEA Cellular is a theif company and so is their OWNER MR. Birla. Shame on you Mr. Birla. Their customer service people have made me mentally ill I have spend neumerous amount of time calling up their customer service number and i was put on hold for hours by the agents. I am really dissapointed and want to file a strong case against Aditya Birla group, I have all the calls recorded and I have all the proofs to be able to prove them Guilty, i I dont receive any help I will now commit suicide. And IDEA CELLULAR and ADITYA BIRLA GROUP will be whole sole responsible for it.
