Mental harassment by Snapdeal.com and Gojavas.com

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had ordered Pampers Pants-XL(12+Kg)-32 Diaper Pants (Two packs) from Snapdeal.com on 09th of October 2014 (Order ID : 3091603761; Purchase date : 09th , October 2014) . My shipment was picked up on 11th of October by a Courier Service company named Gojavas (Docket No. UNISNPP111498). Since then, I keep tracking my shipment but it has not reached to me yet, today is 6th of November and its almost 25 days since Gojavas has picked up the shipment, does it take so many days for a courier service to deliver a shipment? When I tried contacting Snapdeal.com and Gojavas, they are not giving me satisfactory answer, just telling me that it will reach to me in another 24/48 hours, its happening since more than a week, now they have stopped replying to my emails. I feel like I have been cheated and mentally harassed with killing of lot of my precious time. Its really frustrating. I was just wondering if I have ANY consumer rights to take any action against Snapdeal.com or Gojavas for this kind of delay or mental harassment? If I can do ANYTHING against them? Please guide me through. I would appreciate a prompt response in this regard, I have lost my all the patience now.

  2. Did you receive the product? I am facing a similar problem. It has been 20 days since GoJavas shipped my product. Nobody knows of its whereabouts. Customer Care is absolutely hopeless.

  3. I placed my order 3713679985 (NOVA 2 SLICE PANNI GRILL PRESS NSG 440) on 26th Nov. and today is 31st Dec. Its more than a month I have placed the order and since then I am trying to track the order again and again firstly they sent a wrong product and after I return the product on 01st Dec, the replacement was suppose to be received on 8th Dec then 12th Dec then 18th Dec and lastly 24th Dec and as per my calendar all these dates are PASSED.
    Now, I don’t know what is the current status of my Order and I want to know the same. I don’t even know if my order is Active or Cancelled or they even shipped the product no updates neither from Snapdeal nor from the courier vendor Javas.
    Secondly as it was a COD I have already paid Rs. 1795/- but I don’t know where is the product and where is the Money which I paid ?
