Hello i am dinesh somaia from raipur chattisgarh i have bought an medical insurance policy from national insurance company after that my child has to suffer from some disease and was hospitalize for 4 to 5 days the advisor of national insurance company MR. SURESH CHABRA contact no. 9302203082 told me that u will get the entire amount which you have paid in hospital but from the date of Discharge of my child i.e18/11/2014 to till date i.e 26/01/2015 he has not came to give me the form for claim settlement and when ever i call him he give excuses as i have gone to his office nut as he is the branch manager for raipur the junior of his office is also not giving the claim form !!!!! now its my humble request for kindly look in this matter and try to get my claim amount with compensation amount ASAP
