Making Fool of customer by Selling product 99% or 100% of on product but they are actually not !

online marketplace Snapdeal making fool of customer by showing products with 100% or 99% off in their website. 3 Days ago I was looking for Muscleblaze for me online & then I found Snapdeal was selling Muscleblaze Mass Gainer worth Rs. 1 ruppes (total 100% off on this product & Actual Price is Rs.599) I thought Its a special offer So I added that product in my cart & then I paid Rs.1 for that product through IDBI Net Banking & place order successfully, No error occured, Rs. 1 Rupees deducted/Debited from my bank account & snapdeal confirmed the order (my order no: 2456395228 successfully placed) & snapdeal text & mail me that product will be delivered in 4 to 6 days, & I was so excited about that online shopping but after 32 hours they cancelled the order manually & I was stunned when I check their mail contains a few pathetic word about cancelling the order –

“You are receiving this notification because one or more items in your order 2456395228 have been cancelled. We at Snapdeal deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you You are entitled to a refund amount of Rs. 1. It takes anywhere between 4-5 working days for bank to process your refund. To view details of your order, click here.

& they mail me Nothing else, They didn’t even give the reason that why did they cancelled my order. They just waste my precious time, If snapdeal don’t sell products with 99 or 100% discount then tell me why did they placed the order & why did they they deducted amount from my account if they don’t sell prooduct at cheapest price & why mail and text me my order is confirmed They just wasted my time Otherwise I could order that product from somewhere else, I hate snapdeal.snapdeal is the worst & profligate online retailer in india
Online Shopping through snapdeal was so inconvenient
.Snapdeal.com is just a big inconvenience for customer.
