Loss of Rs. 1214 and more

My complaint
I have applied for TATA BROADBAND SERVICES at MY NEW Office in March 2014. The sales person from Tata has assured me the connection on very next day and has told me that it will take only half an hour for the same at my office. Very Next day, uptill 1.00pm no one has turned up from Tata for the connection and after heavy followup engineer has come with 2 more sales persons of Tata along with the additional 1 Sales person to whom I was talking. So for Installation there were 4persons were sitting in my 100Sq Ft office; Again instead of Half an hour, the installation has been fulfilled by 5:45pm ; I have closed my office for that day on 6:00pm; Very next day as I was on field, My office was not opened and after that day, when I have come to my office, My Tata Broadband Connection was not working; I have called the sales person & he has guide me to talk to customer care; Customer care has sent the engineer after 3pm. Engineer has fixed up the problem by 4:30pm and went off after taking my sign for the service report; at 5 PM again the same issue has arised & My internet was not working; So one can understand that I have invested my entire two days on taking Tata Broadband connection; I again called the customer care no. and they have told me that Engineer will only visit in next 48hrs. I was helpless and my work was suffering due to unavailability of internet services. Next day again I was following up with the engineer as I have took his no. and he has not turned up. I have again called customer care & ask about the engineer, on which they have told me that engineer will probably come by 5pm; after 5pm when Engineer from Tata has not turned up,I again called up Tata Docomo customer care and asked them to disconnect my connection with immd. effect as their support towards the customer service was pathetic and very very poor. The Customer care executive was trying to convince me to not to disconnect the connection and was telling me that it will take 7 days more time to disconnect and I have to pay for the lumpsum amount of Rs. 1214.00 which I have never agreed to pay as I have not able to use internet for an hour as well. I got repeated calls after my disconnection request as well to convince me and not to disconnect the line; When I have told them the disconnection request ID, they have started asking for the payment for the services which I have never used. I used to get calls for pending payment frequently on my mobile till time from different junior & senior executives & harrased me a lot and wasted my precious time. Today on 29.1.2015 I got following SMS on my mobile from Short Code: DM-LEGALC; Msg body: “Dear Mr. Pranav R Doshi, If you can’t clear your overdue Rs. 1214 of your Tata Account No. 989750934 then company file Legal Processing Against you within Two Days. Any Queries Contact No 8963072238” (This no is continuously switched off today) Although being a genuine gentleman person, I dont want any legal issues at my office & have paid off the said amount of Rs. 1214 today online. But I want a permanent resolution on this type of companies prevailing in India and charging all Indian civilians without giving proper services and creating troublesome situation. I want pure justice in this case where My more than 4 days have been lost just because of Tata Docomo’s faulty services & poor service Support & they should compensate me for the harrasement for the installation & for the payment followup for the services which I never able to use. It is not a matter of Rs. 1214.00 only but it must be taken as a productivity loss at my office at my expenses because of these unorganized, uneducated persons of Tata Docomo including their Sales person, service Engineer and few of their customer care executives.
