To whom it may concern,
My daughter Paola Moreno Carné, who is in India now, sent a package to Mexico on November 18th through the Company GANESHA ENTERPRISES located in Pushkar. The IEC Code No. is 131007911 and other reference is FEDEX A/C 338637772. The problem is that half (12) of the items who she sent (26 in total) were taken out of the package. The company here in Mexico, FEDEX says that the items taken out have restrictions to enter the country. They took away some items my daughter wants back since they have a sentimental value and what they did is not fair. My daughter trusted in your copany and if you are a branch or representative of Fedex in India, you should know the regulations and should have told her what to send or not. If this is a problem you originated you must contact the currier company in Mexico to demand the immediate liberation of the items they held or retained and send them to the original destination!.
I trust this consumer forum submits or sends this complaint to Ganesha Enterprises in order to receive a possitive reply as soon as possible.
