I ordered spectacles from Lenskart. Product didn’t provide right power spectacles so they told they will be replacing it. for next few days I didn’t get any update from their end so i tried calling them but they were just delaying. Inspite of informing them that I am student and becuase of the spectacles I am already suffering a lot in lecture hall, so they may replace it ASAP. but later they gave some lame excuses and denied the replacement. Now, I want Lenskart to either provide me correc t power spectacles or refund my money.
