I was using Tata photon number 9230567848 with a/c number 948285019 till Jan 2017. The services were severely disrupted from the month of Nov 2016. I did complain and but the services did not improve. I had a plan of 40 GB but the services were so pathetic that I could hardly use 16 GB(approx) in the month of December and 22 GB (approx) in the month of January. When the collection department called me asking for money I said I am ready to pay but for only the used data not for the whole 40gb since the services were disrupted. They went on mailing me with some phone numbers to contact to. I contacted those numbers but without any result.
In between there was absolutely no calls nothing except smses. Suddenly today I got a call from Delhi threatening me to pay the dues else a case would be filed. Somebody please advise me what should be mine next step.
