I have purchased a lee cooper shoes from Metro shoes located in shipra Mall Ghaziabad November 2013.I wear the shoe for not more then 5 times and its leather gets wrinkled all over and laces torn apart.I was shocked to see that the material was so pathetic.I invested 2400 for that crap lee cooper shoe.After this i mailed to metro shoes customer care and they replied me to take the shoe at the store from where i have taken that.I went to the same shop and returned that shoe with original bill copy,they guided me that in a 15 days the problem will be resolved .But after 1 month when i didn’t get a call from them i asked them what napped so they updated me that shoes laces have been changed and rest problem is not resolved as lee cooper rejected to the changes.I want to file a case against Metro Shoes and Lee Cooper as they have cheated me by supplying such a waste product.
