lava iris 405+

i bought lava iris 405 + from delhi and shifted to chennai for job. it got damaged after 4 months of purchase.i showed to local lava care in chennai and they issued a DOA certificate.i sent the mobile to delhi spending 3000 rupees for replacement through airlines.but the retailer refused to replace as the seal was broken by transport authority for security checking.i complained to lava care about the problem on 10th july as my validity was going to get over by 12th july. .but till now they have not taken a single step.i havebeen calling them everyday to remind them but they are making useless explanations.today again i called lava care and they asked me to paste a new seal from lava care in delh and go for replacement..i sent my frnd for pasting a new seal from lava care and still the shopkeeper didnot replace it saying DOA has expired.i have complained to lava care before my DOA gets expired.but they havenot taken any steps before my DOA expires.I want action for the mental harassment and wastage of my money spent for the mobile and transportation.
