I had given my kinetic Honda for repair in Hero Honda Garage in Koramangala first block .The problem was it was not starting. The mechanic opened the vehicle and after checking told me that certain cd coil is to be replaced and the charge is Rs.500 .I paid it .Then he suggested that I should also check and correct any engine problem if present so that I will not face any problem for next five years.So I said ok,you can check the engine ,then he opened the engine and showed me how engine parts were damaged and I should replace them .(But actually they were not my bike parts )He gave me a big list of things to do and charged a sum of Rs.5900/- .I trusted him and paid the money .I thought I will have a smooth ride now,but wait, now my vehicle started making an irritating sound ,and the driving was a problem.I took it home and next day morning it was not starting again.The mechanic took a sum of rs. 6500 and did nothing .
I checked the bill amount with many other mechanic shops and found out that it should not cost more than Rs.3000/- to do all this work.
I want Rs.3500/- refund .Can someone help me to get the refund?
