This is a complete bogus company. OnlineCompliancePanel keeps sending unsolicited mail all the time.
Beware of these guys called OnlineCompliancePanel. They first send you out a mail asking to enroll for some trainings. If these are not suited for you and you unsubscribe, these guys keep sending the same mails over and over, no matter how many times you ask them not to.
