I Have Karbonn A25 Set. last month my mobile wifi was hanging so i went service center for resolving my wifi problem. after seeing my Mobile the service center person told me “it is software problem. and told me wait 5-10 mint. after few mint. the service center Executive came to me and told me that your mobile software has been crashed due to wrong version uploaded in to the set. so.. he gave me a job sheet and gave me a date..
i submitted my mobile in service center 29.03.2014. after these days they called me lot of time that your set is ready now you can get it. when i reached there . they told me your mobile have mother board fault so they would send to mobile set in to the company. but . they did not send my mobile in the company on 16.04.2014. i had also filed a complain in to the karbonn company . company emailed to me that he will take highly action regarding to my problem and their service center person. but The Company is also not interested to resolve my problem again today i called to service center to check that my mobile set is ready . they told me yes. when i reached to the service center to get my mobile . he gave to me my fault mobile after saying your set is working. when i reached at home . i checked the mobile . mobile problem was on it the same…
again i called to the service center and said to them.. my mobile is not working still yet… they said to me over the phone . your mobile is working.. when i asked why did you not send to my mobile to the company . they denied my talking and always saying.. your set is working . your set is working..
i am too disappointed from karbonn fraud product .and their service center behaviour .
Finally i am too tied about these kind of the company . i m filing a complain in Consumer Court. i have all proof which i needed in filing complan.
Please Do Something towards On it.
