We ordered a wash with 11 clothes and they only returned 10 clothes. We called them everyday for two weeks and they dont respond to calls or emails. And yesterday their manager said they wont provide refund and instead offered discount on future wash. I want my full refund back for my lost jeans. Invoice number: #OJ366166
