This is regarding Invoice # 1693. I had consigned my Yamaha FZ bike and a few personal items to be moved from Hyderabad to Chennai on 8th April ’17 and was assured of delivery on 10th April ’17 by Mr. Rajendra. Since 10th I had been following up with him everyday and he kept on giving me lame excuses. Eventually he stopped answering my calls. Finally after 8 days we were able to catch hold of him when my wife called him from a different number and threatened of a police complaint.
*My consignment was delivered at midnight.
*My bike was ridden for 250 kms after being handed over.
*The clutch bar is broken and there are scratches all over; apparently it was involved in some accident.
*My studs helmet (Original price Rs. 3000) is missing.
