hello
i purchased a product with order no 100024086 from digaaz.com.. i recieved a different product from which i ordered on 21 july 2014…as a result i launched a complaint addressing the issue and wanted the product to be replaced…they have confirmed over the phone and email that they will soon be replacing the product but now around 20 days have passed and yet there is no response from them in spite of me calling and mailing them on a regular basis…i feel i have been cheated and im looking for compensation from them of around 2000 rs..
