irresponsible service of amazone

Team,

Totally i fed up in this 3 orders and also amazon service,

I have ordered one mobile on 14th June that order has canceled due to some technical issues,

again i have placed the ordered for same Samsung Galaxy J7 SM-J700F (Gold) on 17th, but till now(23/7/2016) i did’t received any update,(Till now that sealer is having stock)

other than one more order i have placed for mobile cover,and i have received but fully damage condition,and team have confirmed today 11 Hr’s to 14 Hr’s courier person will collect the damage product for replacement but he did’t collected,

can you solve this issue i don’t want to cancel this order

and last 10 days i spend for this kindly help me
