I have ordered a nova trimmer (order num-50432787)on 7th of may, and I have paid already for that product, but today is 27th my product still is on awaiting..and Same day I have cancel a another product for extra wrong cherges (order number 50432803) and they did not refund my rs-630, I have called to customer care many times but , they are not taking any initiatives.. Please help me ..and take a action for that
