invoice wrongly generated.

Hello.
I purchased a Canon all in one printer from Snapdeal.com on the 30th of July… The product was advertised with a free Wildcraft bag worth nearly 1100 rs and the offer was valid till 31st July… but snapdeal generated the invoice on the 1st of August making me non eligible for the offer.. i have sent them several mails and called them repeatedly but the issue has not been addressed so far… i haven’t received any call from the company till date…
