Invalid Deduction as name of “Data Session charge”

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Hi,
Since morning my account balance have been deducted as name of “data session charge:”
without any usage, and even my handset is not GPRS or any other data usage support,
it is a simple handset.
and amount deducted are Rs. 1.60, 19.00, 0.20, 17.00
these are invalid deductions without any usage,
if in future my account balance will be deducted, I have to stop using service from Tata Docomo,whether I am a active user of tata docomo.

I am using 2 tata docomo nos and hav faced the same problem of data session charge. In just 10 days i hav lost more than 200 rs. I always use internet pack and hav never faced this problem bt now the customer care executive of tata docomo are telling it is data chrges and browsing charges.
I think they are just cheating their customer in the name of data session chrge..

I am facing the same problem but after using my samsung metro GT-S5200. I am using tata docomo before using that phone there was no problem. my number is 07209298775 is says ” Data Session Charged :Rs.0.10 for 1KB ” dailly for 8 to 19 times a day while I am not surffing
also I have delete all the gprs settings .

Same here. Number is 9571637369. Customer service is pathetic. They said you are using internet that’s why we are charging. I said i’m using wifi not mobile data, they said you need to disabled wifi also. What a bunch of fools.

I have taken 150 MB Data Packs two times in 1 Day,I have not used this
When I try to use That Then Data Session Charge Is 2.70; message Comes after Closing the Data Pack from the Samsung Galaxy Ace Phone.
