I have purchased a Internet plan for my Idea Cellular SIM ,the plan includes 2GB Of full speed data and after that reduced speed but I used just 1.5GB data and they reduced my internet speed,I called their customer care,but they said that you have crossed 2GB of data while I used 1.5GB.

My Number is 8087456372.I’ve register a complaint about Internet plan and Usage ,2-3 weeks ago,as they said you’ve used 2GB of data at high speed and you’ll have to recharge again to get speed back,so I recharged my Number with Rs.198 but again same problem occured,I used just 1569 MB and they’ve reduced my speed.Please solve this matter soon,I’m loosing my patience.
