having a billing issue with internet charges levied on free internet package. not being solved for 1 month..
MNP request rejected for over 5 times with no valid or genuine reasons.

    Attracted by flamboyantassurance like India’s Superfast Wireless broadband Speeds upto 3.1 Mbps. I purchased Reliance Netconnect+ Data card and started availing from 11th November 2011. As per the assuarance I never got the net speed 3.1Mbps and complianed to the Reliance Mobile Shop Cell Tech Infos located at No.15-16, Rattan Bazzar, Park Town, Chennai by personally demonstrating with my laptop. However, there was no improvement with regard to the speed, as I received only 1.49 Mbps while uploading and 1.20 Mbps while downloading. Due to poor response and exhorbitant rates I decided to surrender the net connection and go for Pre-paid service. On 09.03.2012 again I approached the above Reliance Mobile Shop and paid an amount of Rs.1200/- (As a matter of fact Rs.645 in excess anticipating further adjustments and gave a request to the above effect -SR No.174383754. From that moment onwards I am not using the above Data Card and I ascertained from the Reliance Store that the service has been disconnected. But from 02.06.2012 onwards I am supprised to receive SMS stating that bill payment Rs.842/- is still pending. I immediately went to the Reliance Store and verified the position and I was informed that my Data Card No.9381074368 has been activated with Post paid Rs.500 Plan 3GP inspite of my settling the account on 09.03.2011. The Reliance Store man has advised to contact Customer Care and inform. I contacted 1860 200 2011 and informed my case. They also after verifying my usage of net connection with the system advised me that my request has been assigned with No.180474370 dated 04.06.2012. They further informed that I did not use the net for the bill charged and within 48 hours I will get necessary communication. But I received large number of SMS from TD-MMSDCT threatening me that if I am not paying Rs.842/- legal action will be taken. Again I contacted 1860 200 2011 and yet again I was assured that problem will be solved within 2 days, but on 14.06.2012 I received number of SMS stating that inspite of several reminders I did not pay Rs.842/- to Reliance HSD. The above problem according to my personal experience with Reliance is only because of poor administrative set ups and lack of co-ordination between the various sections in Reliance. Nearly I have received more than 50 SMSs intimidating me of legal action causing immense mental tension and agony besides physical strain in running to your Reliance Store on a number of occasions. Kindly respond immediately and tender your apology for the poor treatment being meted out to me for no fault. If I don’t get any response even for this email I will be constrained to take legal action against the Reliance Communication claiming compensation.
